Wave Bed

The architectural beauty of the Wave Bed arises from its minimal styling and subtle details. With an upward sweeping curve, the platform and headboard envelop the mattress while providing a comfortable angle for inclined repose. Two cantilevered bedside tables, each fitted with a slim drawer, appear to float on air. Appealing to those with a modern sensibility, the Wave bed also satisfies a love of nature with its beautifully variegated Canaletto walnut wood. Two additional finishes are also offered - dark grey stained oak, and for those looking for the ultimate in sleek elegance - high gloss white lacquer.

Wave owes its weightless appearance to four inset solid wood legs supporting the bed frame and a clear methacrylate panel under each bedside table. The pure form of the design is enhanced by a reverse bevel detail on the platform perimeter and table fronts. Flexible orthopedic wood slats support the mattress eliminating the need for a bulky boxspring while allowing air to circulate freely. The slat system is suitable for both innerspring and latex mattresses.
The Wave bed is available in a standard Queen size or standard Eastern King size. The two cantilevered bedside tables are optional. Also available in the collection is an oval shaped Wave Dresser and a freestanding Wave bedside table.
